Chose a hand grinder over an electric one for my 4am shifts and now I get it
I grabbed a $90 hand grinder from the shop on Pike Street after my $60 blade grinder kept giving me muddy cups, and the first pour over was way brighter. Anyone else find the hand grind calming at 4am or am I just weird?
