How do you even compare a two-cook 600 to a true solo run? The teamwork and shared tasks make a huge difference. Hugo_ellis doing 400 alone means handling every single thing start to finish, no backup. That's a different kind of grind, like running the whole line while also doing prep and dishes. A big group number is impressive, but it's not the same test.
