Roof sheathing screw-up taught me a lesson last Tuesday

I was installing new OSB on a garage roof in Phoenix and realized my nail gun was missing every third shot because the air pressure was too low. Had to pull 12 sheets back off and redo them with a handheld drill and screws. Anyone else deal with a stupid air pressure mistake that cost you a whole afternoon?

Nail guns aren't supposed to need checking I guess?

You just pull the trigger and assume it's gonna work, right? Did you check your compressor gauge before you started or was it one of those days where you just grabbed the hose from the last job and figured it was fine? I've spent more time fixing air pressure issues from hose leaks than from the gun itself.
