Question about coworking spaces vs. home offices after a month at both
I spent January working from home and then February at a coworking space downtown Chicago. At home I saved like $150 a month on coffee and lunch but I got super distracted by my laundry and dishes every day. At the coworking space I was way more focused but the noise from people on calls drove me nuts around 2 PM. I noticed that the folks who always rented private booths seemed happier than the ones in open seating. So which is actually better for your career growth long term? Do you sacrifice money for focus or save cash and risk your productivity? Has anyone else flipped back and forth and found a clear winner?
