Just realized I was stripping screw heads wrong for 4 years

Turns out I was pushing way too hard with the driver tip, instead of seating it flush and letting the torque do the work. A Canon shutter plate screw rounded out on me last Tuesday and a old timer at the bench pointed it out. Anyone else had that 'oh crap' moment with their screwdriver technique?

Ha! Better late than never, I guess. I spent years blaming cheap screws for my stripped heads, turns out it was operator error all along.
