Spent 8 hours fixing a drawer that was binding, turned out the slides were 1/16th off level

I was building a set of kitchen drawers for a house in Portland and one drawer just would not slide smooth. After adjusting the slides, sanding the sides, and even swapping the runners, I finally checked the cabinet face with a long level and saw the whole thing was racked slightly. Has anyone else had a simple build turn into a half day fix because of an out of square cabinet box?

Story of my life. Always the damn cabinet box that's the problem, never the drawer itself.

And the drawer is like, "I'm perfectly square and level, it's your stupid frame that's out of whack." I swear cabinet boxes are the true villains of the woodworking world. They just sit there all crooked and expect you to fix the nice new drawer. Maybe they're just jealous the drawer gets all the attention.
