Went from bone saw to handsaw for lamb racks, never going back

Used to fight with the electric bone saw for years, always tearing the meat up and leaving bone dust everywhere. Tried a basic 12-inch handsaw last Tuesday on a whim after my coworker Dave kept nagging me about it. Anyone else ditch power tools for the old school stuff and find it's actually easier?

Ha! That reminds me of the time I tried to sharpen my old carving knife with a bench grinder and nearly turned it into a butter knife. Took me an hour with a whetstone to fix my own mess. Sometimes the slow way really is the smart way, even if it feels backwards.
