Rant: I charged my power bank backwards for 3 weeks in Austin

So I got this new 20,000mAh power bank last month and kept plugging my phone into the same port I used to charge the bank itself. The bank died on me during a whole day at Zilker Park and my phone was at 12%. Took me 3 tries with different cables before I noticed the tiny lightning bolt icon on the other port. Has anyone else mixed up input and output ports on a power bank, or am I just special?

Happens to the best of us, that tiny icon is easy to miss.

Ended up doing the same thing last week, missed the mute button and sat through a whole Zoom meeting with my mic on. What fixed it for me was turning on the keyboard shortcut, I think it's Ctrl+Shift+M, so now I can just hit that real quick instead of hunting for the icon. Takes a sec to learn but saves your butt. Also started checking the red light on the camera before I even speak, just a quick glance. That tiny icon blends in way too much, especially on a bright screen.
