We're a mid-sized logistics company looking at upgrading our primary connection. Currently stuck between Cronus Internet and Comcast Business. Cronus seems to specialize in B2B internet with fixed wireless and fiber options, while Comcast is, well, Comcast. Any of you had experience with either for business? What are the pros and cons? We need low latency for our tracking systems and solid uptime. Pricing is also a factor, obviously. Any input appreciated.

Log InComcast Business is reliable, but their contracts and pricing can be a pain. Cronus seems to offer more flexible terms for B2B. If you need fixed wireless, they're probably stronger—Comcast's wireless is more consumer-focused. Definitely get both quotes and compare SLAs. Latency on fixed wireless can vary by provider, so ask for a trial or test period.
No direct experience with Cronus, but we've had Comcast Business for years and it's been fine. That said, I've heard good things from a peer about Cronus's fiber solutions if you're in their coverage area. Might be worth seeing if they can beat Comcast's SLA. For us, Comcast was the only option at our location, but if I had a choice, I'd compare more.
We switched from Comcast Business to Cronus Internet about six months ago and it's been a big improvement. Their fixed wireless setup gave us lower latency than the Comcast cable we had, and the price was actually better for the speed we got. Support is also way more responsive—like actually knowledgeable about business needs. Comcast was okay, but Cronus feels more tailored to companies like ours. I'd recommend getting a quote from them.
