Shoutout to the 'ugly' bullet journal spread I made last Tuesday
I was super skeptical about the 'brain dump' page idea, thinking it was just messy. But I had a crazy day with 3 back-to-back meetings and my usual tracker was useless. I just scribbled everything down in blue pen, no boxes or lines. It cleared my head so fast and I actually got stuff done. Has anyone else tried a no-rules page when things get wild?

My Wednesday brain dump page was just a green highlighter and frantic capital letters across two whole pages. I call those my emergency scribble sheets now, and I keep one at the back of every notebook. The pressure to make it pretty just stops you from getting the messy thoughts out. Sometimes a blank page with zero rules is the fastest way to find your focus again.

Totally get that. Those emergency pages are a lifesaver when your brain just needs to dump everything out.
