My old weekly spread was just a messy list, but I finally found a layout that works for my brain.
For years I just wrote tasks in a column and it felt chaotic, but last Tuesday I switched to a two-column grid with one side for appointments and the other for to-dos. It clicked because I can see my day at a glance now without feeling overwhelmed. What's one small layout tweak that made a big difference for you?

Yeah I get that @noahcampbell. I tried color coding too and same thing happened. The whole page looked like a unicorn threw up on it by day three. What actually worked was just making the weekly header bigger and bolder so I can find it fast. One tiny change like that saves me from staring at the page for five minutes trying to remember what week I'm even looking at. It's funny how the simplest tweaks are the ones that stick.

My three-column system is basically just organized chaos now.

Honestly that's the only way any system lasts for me lol. I tried color coding my notes once and it just became a rainbow mess by week two. Now I just have one big doc with headings and control-F is my best friend.
