My coworker swore by a weekly spread and I fought it for 6 months
I kept using daily logs and felt buried by Thursday, then Bob from our crew finally made me try his Sunday setup. Now I get why the weekly page works, but I still hate how much space my habit tracker eats. Anyone else compromise with a stripped down version or just give in completely?
Listened to my buddy Dave complain about this exact thing for weeks. He tried the full weekly spread with the habit tracker and all that, but by week three he said half the page was just empty boxes mocking him. What he ended up doing was shrinking the tracker down to one tiny corner, just the three habits he actually cared about, and giving the rest of the page to his to do list and notes. He said the trick was realizing the tracker is supposed to work for him, not the other way around. So yeah, a stripped down version totally works, you just have to be honest about which habits you'll really check off.
