Mid-tower vs. full-tower for a custom loop, which one actually hurts less?

Just finished rebuilding my loop in a full-tower after two years in a mid-tower, and while the extra space made the drain valve and pump mount way easier to reach, the thing takes up half my desk and feels like moving a washing machine every time I need to swap a filter. The mid-tower was cramped for a 360 rad and a reservoir, but it sat on the shelf fine and I could lift it with one hand. For those who have done both, is the extra elbow room worth the permanent footprint, or did I just pick the wrong mid-tower?

Nah, mid-towers are fine if you plan the loop right, full-towers are just for bragging rights.
