First repair bill in 14 years of driving my old truck
My 2009 F-150 finally needed a new starter last month, which cost me $310 including labor. I've been doing my own oil changes and brakes since I bought it used in 2011, but this one I handed to a shop because I couldn't get the bolts loose. Anyone else keep a vehicle long enough that the maintenance costs start to feel like a savings plan?
