Drove 60 miles to save $11 on groceries and almost cried in the parking lot

So last Saturday I saw a coupon post for a supermarket in the next town over. They had chicken thighs for $1.29 a pound and my usual store charges $1.89. I did the math in my head and figured I'd save like 15 bucks if I bought a bunch. Drove there, filled the cart, and realized I forgot to factor in gas which was around $9 round trip. Then I got to the checkout and the coupon said limit 2 packages, not 5. Total savings ended up being like $6.50 for two hours of my day. I just stood there with the receipt like... well, at least the gas station had cheap coffee. Has anyone else had a highway robbery of a 'deal' like this?
