Got my '92 Civic stuck on a gravel road in Tennessee last month

Was trying to take a shortcut to save gas money and ended up spinning out in the mud at 11pm. Had to walk 2 miles to a farmhouse and ask to use their phone to call my buddy with a tow strap.

Wait, was it really that bad, @david821? I mean, a rough night can sometimes be a good thing if you learn from it. Maybe it was a wake-up call or something you needed to sort out. Sometimes those tough nights push you to make changes you've been putting off. I bet there's a silver lining in there somewhere if you look for it.
