My $9 wallpaper gamble turned my hallway into a funhouse

So I bought a single roll of that peel and stick geometric stuff from the discount rack at Home Depot. I thought I'd just do one accent wall, but my hallway is 14 feet long and I misjudged the width. Halfway through, the pattern started lining up crooked and now the diamonds look like they're melting down the wall. It only cost me 9 bucks and I'm honestly leaving it because it gives the place character. Anyone else ever commit to a cheap DIY and just accept the weird result instead of fixing it?
