Heard a home stager say white trim is a cheap upgrade most people skip
I was grabbing coffee last Saturday and overheard this stager talking to a client about selling a house. She said painting all the baseboards and door frames white costs under $40 in paint but makes a place look way cleaner. She told the client most buyers notice trim first even if they don't realize it. I went home and did my bedroom trim in one afternoon with a $12 quart of semi-gloss. It took me about 4 hours total and the difference is honestly pretty big. Has anyone else tried this or got another cheap trim color that works?

Wait, are buyers really that picky about trim? Seems like something only stagers would hype up to make their job sound bigger than it is.

Dated water fixtures made three buyers walk last month alone.
