My neighbor's one pot comment finally clicked
She watched me scrub three pans after dinner and said 'you could just cook it all in the same pot, you know.' Tried her lentil and sausage skillet last Tuesday, one pan, 20 minutes, cost like $7. Anyone else hate washing dishes enough to force themselves into one pot meals?

Your neighbor is out here doing the lord's work while you were scrubbing away like a fool. Three pans for one dinner is basically a punishment you gave yourself for no reason. That lentil sausage thing sounds like a win on every level, cheap, fast, and only one pan to fight with afterward. My kitchen sink used to look like a crime scene every night, now I barely touch a sponge. Tell your neighbor she just saved your whole evenings.
