Vent: dropped $65 on a moisture meter and my calathea is still crispy
So I finally gave in and got a decent soil moisture meter for like $65 at a garden center in Boise last week. I was sure my calathea was either over or under watered, and the thing reads "moist" literally every time I stick it in any of my pots. Now I'm wondering if I wasted the cash or if my soil mix is just garbage for this plant. Anyone else have luck with these or should I just go back to the finger test?
