Question about that old paste recipe from the library workshop

Heard a new binder call it 'outdated' and it made me miss the smell of wheat paste in the old shop. Anyone still mix their own from scratch these days?

Everything's getting called outdated these days... makes you wonder what they'll say about the stuff we use now in ten years.

Outdated" just means it works too well for too long, right? Gotta make room for the new stuff that breaks faster.
