My custom wooden organizer for Scythe split right down the middle during setup last night.

I was setting up for a game with three friends and pulled the tray out of the box. I heard a loud crack and the whole center divider just gave way, scattering resource tokens everywhere. It was a piece I ordered from a seller on Etsy about six months ago, cost me around 80 dollars. We had to spend twenty minutes just sorting pieces before we could even start playing. Has anyone else had a fancy game insert just fail on them like that?

Man, that's rough. My friend's Gloomhaven organizer did the same thing. I ended up fixing it with some wood glue and a couple of small clamps overnight, and it's held strong for years now. Did the seller offer any help with a repair or replacement?
