Stopped by the old bike co-op in Eugene and saw something that made my day

I was in Eugene for a friend's thing and had some time to kill, so I walked over to the community bike shop on 5th Street. I haven't been there in maybe five years. The whole vibe was different. They had this one work stand set up just for teaching kids, with a little step stool and all the tools color-coded with bright tape on the handles. The volunteer on duty told me they started it after a local school donated a bunch of old bikes. He said they get a few kids every week who come in just to learn how to fix a flat. It wasn't some fancy new tool or a big donation, just a simple idea that actually gets people, especially young ones, into turning a wrench. It got me thinking about how we teach the basics in our own shops. What's the best way you've found to show someone their first real repair?
