Posting at 6 AM on Sundays doubled my reach in 2 weeks

I run a small vintage shop on Instagram and always posted around noon on weekdays because that's when I woke up. Last month I got a new part time job that starts at 7 AM, so I started scheduling posts for right after my alarm, like 6:10 AM Sunday morning. After 2 weeks my average reach went from maybe 400 to over 900 per post, and my follower count jumped by 150. I think it's because all the early risers scroll while drinking coffee and there's way less competition from bigger accounts. Also my engagement rate went up since people actually comment before the feed floods later. Has anyone else found a weird off peak time that works way better than the usual advice? I'm curious if this is just a fluke or if Sunday early morning is a hidden goldmine.

Used to call that a dead zone, but now I'm tempted to test it myself this week.
