I blew 3 months posting at 6pm, then my sister told me to check when my phone actually gets used

I always posted my landscaping before and after pics around 6pm because that is when I got home and had time. For 3 months I averaged maybe 40 likes a post and figured the app just hated me. Then my sister asked me to pull up my screen time report and half my scrolling was happening between 9 and 11pm, which meant that was probably true for my customers too. I moved my posts to around 9:30pm for 2 weeks and my reach went from about 300 accounts to over 1,100 on the same kind of photo. So now I want to know, did anyone else figure out their best posting time from their own screen time instead of one of those chart websites?
