Spent 40 minutes fighting a brisket wrap before realizing my foil was backwards

Dude I was standing there in Austin wrestling with a roll of heavy duty foil that kept tearing every time I tried to seal up the packer, then my buddy walks over and just flips the roll around and it works instantly. Anyone else ever get stuck on something so dumb in the middle of a cook that you almost called it a loss?

Unroll a few feet first, then flip the roll over your wrist. Total game changer.
