Unpopular opinion: clipping coupons out of the Sunday paper is a waste of your Sunday

I used to spend an hour every week with scissors and a coffee, and maybe 2 of those 30 coupons ever got used before they expired. Now I just check the store app for 5 minutes in the parking lot before I walk in and I save about the same $15 a week. Does anyone actually still get real value out of the paper inserts, or did we all just keep doing it out of habit?
