When does a failed loaf become a win? I hit a weird milestone this weekend
I made 12 sourdough loaves in one week trying to nail the crust. At number 7, I threw a brick of a loaf across my kitchen in Charlotte. But number 11 actually had the best ear I've ever gotten. Does pushing through 10+ failures make the final win sweeter, or is it just a sign you need better recipes?
