That Wednesday where all my crimps finally came out perfect

I had this one day last month where I was re-wiring a 1978 Cessna 172 and every single D-sub pin I crimped looked like it came out of a factory (you know, that clean hex shape). Usually I get at least one or two that I have to redo because the wire slips or the insulation doesn't catch right, but this time I did like 50 pins in a row with zero mistakes. Anyone else have those random days where everything just clicks for no obvious reason?

34 D-sub pins on a MIL-spec connector last Tuesday, and I got that same factory-perfect look on every single one. I used to think people were making a big deal about crimps too, but now I'm chasing that high.

Used to think perfect crimps were just luck or overrated, but last week I had a run of flawless ones on a bundle of Molex connectors and it completely changed my mind.
