Rant: lead tech at my shop in Dayton told me my crimp job was "good enough" and I still think about it
Two years back I was redoing a harness on a King Air and the lead tech, Rick, walked by and said that crimp was good enough. I pulled on the wire and it slid right out of the butt splice, so I redo it with the right tool and he just shrugs. To this day I still see guys skip the pull test because they are in a rush, and it drives me up a wall. How do you all handle it when the senior guy on the floor sets that kind of example?
