Spent 4 hours chasing a bad ground on my '97 Civic

Car would crank but no spark. Checked everything. Coil, distributor, main relay, ECU. All fine. Turned out the ground strap from the engine to the frame was corroded underneath the paint. $3 part. Half a Saturday gone. Ever had a simple fix take forever to find?

Wait, you're telling me the delivery drivers actually parked in the fire lane and then just left the truck running while they went inside? I've heard some wild things about logistics companies but that's next level. I would've lost my mind if I saw that, especially with a bunch of kids around playing. It's like they don't even think about what could happen if a fire truck needed to get through. And then the company just blamed the driver like it wasn't their own policy that caused it? That's unreal. I bet the supervisor was sitting in the office watching it all go down on the security cameras too.
