Showerthought: I used to dread fridge compressor swaps, now I just rent the recovery machine.
Used to spend half a day trying to do it by the book, but after a job in Phoenix last summer took 6 hours, I switched. Anyone have a faster method they swear by?

Honestly, renting is the move. Tbh, nothing else comes close on speed.

But have you looked at how much rent has gone up? The speed is great until you realize you're paying way more over time. It feels fast now but that cost adds up every single month. Buying takes longer at the start but then your payments actually build something you own. Renting is just giving your money away for good.
