Hot take: the sticker on the dishwasher door saved me a 40 mile drive
Got called out to a place in Ridgeway last Tuesday for a Bosch that wouldn't drain, and I had the whole pump assembly in my truck ready to swap. Turns out the model plate said SHPM88Z75N and I'd grabbed a kit for the older SHX line, so nothing lined up. What saved me was the wiring diagram tucked in the toe kick from the last guy who worked on it, with a note saying the check valve sticks when folks use too much rinse aid. Pulled it, cleaned it, ran a cycle, done in 20 minutes. Do you all keep those old service notes or toss them?
