Just realized the dub changed this one scene and it broke the whole plot for me

I was rewatching a show from last season and noticed a translation detail that flipped the meaning of a major twist. The sub had the villain admit they knew the hero's secret plan, but the dub made it sound like a lucky guess. It took me 3 days of comparing episodes and checking the wiki to finally figure out what happened. Has anyone else ever caught a bad translation that completely changed how you saw a character?
