Switched from lithium grease to Aeroshell 33 after 12 years, here's what changed

I always thought lithium grease was fine for flap tracks until I watched an old timer strip a 737 actuator and show me the dried up mess inside, so I switched to Aeroshell 33 last month and now I'm wondering if I should redo the whole fleet, has anyone else made that swap and seen a difference in wear patterns?

Did that old timer show you any actual data or was it just one nasty looking gearbox? I've seen lithium grease last forever when the maint schedule is followed, and the only time I've seen it dry out is when someone skipped the regrease intervals.
