PSA: That new apprentice who 'knows everything' from YouTube? Watch your back.

Had a kid in Dayton last month swear a torque stripe was just paint, so he skipped it on a main gearbox bolt. Two days later the line chief found it finger tight during a walkaround, and he tried to blame the last shift. Anyone else run into this YouTube-certified attitude before they get someone hurt?
