My buddy Mark used to toss out soggy leftover fries and pizza every week. Ever since his wife got that little oven with a fan, he's roasting chickpeas and wilting spinach that would have gone bad. The thing heats up so fast he doesn't avoid cooking a single portion like he used to. He told me his trash bag is mostly empty now, and his power bill dipped a bit. It just makes using up those last bits in the fridge feel easy, not like a chore.
