Walked through a gallery in Denver yesterday and spotted something weird in 3 different AI prints

I was at this small local gallery in the RiNo district and they had a whole wall of AI stuff. At first glance it looked fine but I noticed the same exact weird shadow pattern in 3 pieces by different "artists". Like a repeating artifact or something. Made me wonder if these people are just using the same base model and calling it their own style. Has anyone else caught stuff like this in real life galleries?

I read somewhere that some models just can't handle fingers right, it's creepy.

Used to be one of those folks who thought AI art was just another tool, like a fancy new brush. But then I was at a show in Santa Fe and saw the same weird glitchy hand in three different pieces. It's like the model just can't figure out fingers in certain positions. Changed my mind pretty quick after that. Now I look for those repeating artifacts, the same wonky window reflections or odd shadow shapes. It's way more obvious once you start paying attention. Makes you wonder if the "artist" even looked at the final print before framing it.
