Debate: Do you call it quits or keep exploring after a floor gives out?
I was in an old textile mill outside Akron about 3 months ago, second floor looked solid from the doorway. Took one step onto a section near an old loom base and the plywood cracked right under my boot, I froze and backed out slow. Part of me wanted to keep going since the upper floors had those big arched windows everyone wants photos of. The other side of me says one bad board can mean a 15 foot drop onto broken machinery if you push your luck. Where do you draw that line between getting the shot and knowing when to walk away?

Packed a lightweight pole to test floorboards before stepping onto them after that.
