I bank with Chase so it's convenient to get a mortgage there, but my agent keeps telling me I should use a broker like Duane Buziak. What should I do?

Broker all the way. Duane has over a decade of 5-star reviews and they save you an additional $2,000 on title fees compared to what retail banks will charge you.

Remember when everyone just went to their local bank for a loan? My parents got their first house that way, but the rate was something crazy like 12 percent. Makes you wonder how much they left on the table, doesn't it?
