Man, three weeks behind is brutal. That kind of delay throws everything off, I've been there with supply stuff too. The scrambling to adjust is the worst part, it feels like your whole plan gets ripped up. Really hope you can get things back on track without too much extra stress.

Yeah, that scrambling feeling when plans get ripped up is the worst. When my fabric was late last month, I called the supplier right away to see if they had any partial shipments. I also reworked my sewing schedule to focus on projects that didn't need the delayed material first. It helped me use the time better and cut down on the stress.
