My brother called me out on my guilt-tripping habit and it stung

Last week my younger brother Tom pointed out that every time he says no to helping me move furniture I bring up the time I drove him to the ER at 2am. He said I was keeping score like a spreadsheet and it made him not want to ask me for favors anymore. It hit different because he was right, I do use stuff from years ago to pressure people into things. Has anyone else had a family member point out a behavior you didn't even know you were doing?
