Can we talk about the push for everyone to get a chemical peel?

I saw a client's skin get way worse over six months after she kept getting peels at another place. Her barrier was wrecked, she had constant redness, and it took us a year of gentle hydrating facials to fix it. I think we jump to peels too fast for mild texture issues. Has anyone else had a client come to you with damage from overdoing peels?

Oh my god, six peels back to back? That's insane. @the_mason, your poor sister. It's like some places just see a credit card, not actual skin that needs time to heal between treatments.

My sister's skin looked like raw chicken for months. They sold her a package of six peels back to back. It's too much for skin that just needs a good moisturizer.
