Snapped right off" sounds dramatic but honestly, how bad was it really @johnfoster? I've had stuff break on me before and most of the time you just grab a different fastener and move on. Unless your whole deck crashed down, it probably just made you mad for a minute. What kind of screws were you using anyway, the cheap zinc ones from a no-name brand?
