Spent $60 on a custom tempered glass side panel and cracked it before I even installed it

I ordered a perfect sized panel from a local glass shop in Phoenix and dropped it on my concrete garage floor the second I pulled it out of the box. Has anyone else had a clumsy moment that just burned cash for no reason?

Dropped a screwdriver right through my first build.

Oh man, that stings so bad. I've been there with a different tool and it's just that sickening feeling when you hear the clatter and know something went wrong. Dropping a screwdriver right through the motherboard or something is probably the worst way to wreck a build, especially your first one. You put all that effort into planning and then one dumb mistake just ruins it. Hopefully it wasn't a super expensive part that got hit, or maybe just a fan or something you can swap out cheaply. Really feel for you, that's a rough way to learn the lesson about being extra careful with tools near open cases.
