Spent $200 on a tile saw I barely used
Bought a wet tile saw from Home Depot for a bathroom floor project last spring. Used it once, now it's taking up half my garage. Anyone have a small tile job they want done cheap?

OH MAN, I feel your pain! I bought a big tile saw for my kitchen backsplash and it sat in my garage for TWO YEARS before I finally sold it on Facebook Marketplace for $60. What worked for me was posting in my local neighborhood Facebook group and offering to cut tile for people at cost. I just said "bring your own tile and I'll cut it for $10 a square foot." Got like 4 small jobs in two weeks and the saw paid for itself. Then I listed it online and someone grabbed it fast because they knew it worked good. You could also check if Home Depot does tool rental returns - sometimes they let you trade in and get store credit for barely used stuff.

Have you tried checking if your local Habitat for Humanity ReStore takes tool donations? They'll give you a tax receipt and the saw goes to someone who actually needs it for building houses, not sitting in your garage. I gave them a barely used pressure washer last summer and wrote off about $150 on my taxes, which was way better than trying to sell it for pennies on Facebook. Plus you get that warm fuzzy feeling of helping a family get a bathroom floor. Might be worth seeing what yours will give you for it?
