Visas are not a checklist, your 90 day reset in Bangkok just cost me a flight home
Tbh I keep seeing people brag about hopping into Thailand for a border bounce like it's nothing. I did that exact thing last month and got pulled aside at Suvarnabhumi for 2 hours. The officer kept asking about my actual work setup, not just my passport stamps. I had to show my laptop, my client contracts, everything. They let me in with a warning but I met a guy at the hostel who got denied and had to book a $400 last minute flight to Kuala Lumpur. Please stop treating visa runs like a hack. Your Airbnb address and a fresh stamp don't prove you're a tourist when you're carrying a full workstation. Has anyone else had a closer call with this or am I the only one who got lucky?

They made you open your laptop and show client contracts? That's wild. I thought they only cared about stamps and whether you looked broke.
