That webinar in March made me rethink email automation completely
I was sitting in a virtual conference put on by a local marketing group in Portland... and this guest speaker showed their open rate data for segmented lists vs blast sends. They said something like "most people are afraid to remove names from their list" and it hit me hard. I went home and cleaned out 300 inactive subscribers that weekend. My open rate jumped from 18% to 31% within two weeks. Has anyone else seen a big bump after a good list scrub?

A buddy of mine did the same thing and his numbers doubled in a month.
