Vent: Bought a 'pro' drawing tablet for $600 and it's been a headache
The drivers are buggy and the pen pressure keeps dropping out, so I can't finish my comic pages. I'm stuck with this expensive brick because the return window closed while I was troubleshooting. Anyone know a reliable brand for serious illustration work?

My friend's studio still uses an old Intuos 3 from like 2005. That thing just works on every computer, no driver fights.

Feel that pain, my $500 tablet had the same driver hell. Wrenwilson is onto something with that old Intuos. My first tablet was a used Intuos 4 and it NEVER crashed. These new "pro" models feel like they ship half-finished software. I spent more time restarting the driver than drawing last month. Now I just use an iPad, it turns on and works.
