Finally gave the light rail a real shot after 8 years of driving downtown

I always thought the RTD was for people who couldn't handle I-25 traffic, but last Tuesday I parked at the Federal Center lot and rode the W line to Union Station for a Rockies game. Total trip cost me $5.25 and I didn't sit in a single jam, plus the train was actually on time both ways. Anyone else switch from driving to transit for events and never look back, or did I just get a lucky first run?
